Working Student DevOps & 2nd Level Support (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Diverse & exciting

  • You support our Customer Service and Project team in technical 2nd Level Support, handling error analysis, monitoring, and system maintenance – with direct customer interaction.
  • You operate and further develop our IT and software environments: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows, Ubuntu, RedHat); Backup and maintenance of SQL databases; Monitoring of system resources and proactive troubleshooting
  • You automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, Bash, or Python and document your solutions in Jira & Confluence.
  • You analyze log data, support the setup of deployment processes, and contribute to internal DevOps projects.
  • You collaborate closely with our developers, product managers, and support team – and learn something new every day.

Good qualities

that you bring along

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have solid knowledge in operating system administration, network technologies, APIs, and SQL databases.
  • Ideally, you already gained first experience in Customer Service or IT Support.
  • You have programming skills (preferably Java) and enjoy automation and scripting.
  • A service-oriented approach to customer communication is natural for you, and you enjoy solving problems.
  • Communication is easy for you: you can interact with our customers in both German and English.
