Installation Technician | Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Diverse & exciting

  • Implementation of installations, initial setup and certification of DILAX products and systems regarding hardware and firmware products for customers in Switzerland
  • Coordinative project management of bus and rail projects, both new build and service projects
  • Customer support in the customer service environment for ongoing service orders and in 1st and 2nd level support
  • Organization and implementation of customer training courses
  • Creating customer and project-specific technical documents in collaboration with internal departments such as development (hardware & software), quality management and product management
  • Technical sales support in preparing offers
  • Collaboration on internal improvement projects

Good qualities

that you bring along

  • Successfully completed technical training
  • Experience in carrying out customer projects for installations and set-ups (hardware & firmware)
  • Experience in customer support and in the solution-oriented handling of customer complaints
  • Strong customer and service orientation, structured and independent way of working, high level of commitment and reliability as well as open in communication and ability to work in a team
  • Class B driving license and willingness to travel at domestic and international level
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills, knowledge of Italian and/or French is a plus
