DILAX Wins Tender to Upgrade the Automatic Passenger Counting (APC) System for Stuttgart‘s Public Transit
Berlin/Stuttgart, October 15, 2024 – DILAX Intelcom GmbH, a leading provider of software solutions for passenger counting and data analysis, has won the tender from Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG (SSB) to upgrade its Automatic Passenger Counting (APC) System.
The project involves the development and implementation of a new software solution that will enable the SSB to evaluate passenger count data on buses and trams more precisely and efficiently. With the DILAX Samplics sample trip planning tool and the latest technology through DILAX Citisense®, the system will be modernized and tailored to meet the SSB’s current requirements. This marks a significant step toward further digitalizing and optimizing public transportation in Stuttgart.
