Head of Public Spaces Solutions (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
Diverse & exciting
- Disciplinary and technical management of the Public Spaces Solutions division
- Development and implementation of business plans and strategic roadmaps for the further development of solutions in the Public Spaces division
- Management and further development of a high-performance team with a clear vision and growth strategy
- Analyzing market potential and trends to derive new business opportunities and innovative products
- Defining and implementing efficient processes to optimize project management, customer service and operations
- Assumption of budget responsibility and management of the division according to financial KPIs
- Developing new service and product solutions in close cooperation with sales and product management
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other business units to optimize the use of synergies
- C-level communication with customers & partners to strengthen customer loyalty and market presence
Good qualities
that you bring along
- Completed technical or business studies
- Skills in the development & implementation of business plans and strategic initiatives
- Experience in strategic management of a business unit, ideally with a focus on digital solutions, public spaces or infrastructure projects
- Several years of experience in partner and customer management
- Customer and service orientation, strong communication skills
- Leadership and conflict management skills as well as organizational and teamwork skills
- Business fluent in German and English
