Your responsibilities

- You are the technical and organizational contact person for our international customers
- You manage and supervise development and customer projects from planning to successful implementation
- You are responsible for defining, analyzing and advising on system solutions in the areas of hardware, IT and software
- You ensure conflict-free scheduling, efficient resource management and effective controlling
- Cash and budget orientation are a matter of course for you and help you to manage economically successful projects
- You always develop and adhere to our high-quality management guidelines and standards
- You document processes carefully and coordinate regularly with other departments
- You take responsibility for processes to optimize workflows and increase efficiency
- You promote further development within the team through mentoring and training
- You work closely with internal and external partners to develop sustainable solutions
Good qualities
that you bring along
- in-depth knowledge and several years of experience in project management and project control with efficient use of resources
- Practical experience in commissioning, system design and technical project management
- Team player mindset with excellent communication skills coupled with resilience and solution orientation
- Experience in the technical management of engineering teams is an advantage
- Experience in training and developing employees
- Willingness to continuously develop and promote innovation
- Written and spoken German at least at C1 level
