DILAX Customer Forum in Kreuzlingen (CH)
The Swiss subsidiary invites customers and partners to the second customer forum in Kreuzlingen on Wednesday, September 22, from 2 to 6.15 pm. The focus of the in-house exhibition will be on the new DILAX SLS-1000 sensor, the digital DILAX Remote Access and Maintenance Tool, as well as professional exchanges with colleagues and the DILAX experts.
Experts for DILAX hardware and software will be there
The team led by Senior Sales Manager Aris Parravicini will be supported by colleagues from the headquarters in Berlin. DILAX Managing Director Thorsten Kies will open the customer forum with an impulse on perspectives for the APC market and trends in the public mobility sector that are currently becoming important.
Structured Light Sensor
Technology that can learn
Dr. Thomas Riedle, Vice President Research & Technology Development, will present the new Structured Light Sensor, which he played a leading role in developing. Not only in theory but also in practice, he will explain and demonstrate live how the DILAX SLS-1000 counts people entering and leaving the vehicle and detects objects such as bicycles and wheelchairs. The patented technology convinces not only with the highest counting accuracy of 99% but also with the high data protection standard and great efficiency throughout the entire lifecycle.
Remote Access & Maintenance
A tool that makes work better every day
Jan Nicklisch, Vice President Solution Development, is responsible for the development of the DILAX Citisense® software. At the customer forum, he will present the DILAX Remote Access and Maintenance Tool and its advantages in daily work.
All contributions will provide plenty of impetus for discussions about the future of Automatic Passenger Counting and Mobility Analytics, as well as very specific information about working with DILAX on current projects. The physical well-being will be well taken care of with food and drinks right from the start.
