Student Assistant Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • As a fixed member of our project management and customer service team you support the day-to-day business and take on customer service tasks
  • You support our customers and advise them on technical issues
  • Your tasks include monitoring, receiving customer inquiries, error analysis and troubleshooting (remotely) for customer systems
  • You support the implementation, coordination and control of rework and repairs and create documentation and work instructions
  • You offer our customers assistance with our analysis software

Good qualities

that you bring along

  • You are currently attending university for a technical or business degree (e.g. industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, business administration or a similar degree)
  • You have a quick grasp and your way of thinking is primarily customer and solution-oriented
  • Communication is one of your strong points – both in German and English
  • You are interested in digital technologies; you are an absolute team player, but also able to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of software and general basics about networks/IT infrastructure
